During the early days of his real estate investing career, he experienced his fair share of trial and error. Danny ran into the pitfalls many home buyers fall victim to when purchasing property. As a result of his experiences, he embarked on a mission to educate himself in order to protect his investments, which led him down the path to become a certified home inspector.

Danny established First Inspect, LLC and continues to thrive on helping people make wise decisions on their residential properties. He is an ASHI (American Standard of Home Inspectors) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) member, and First Inspect goes above and beyond to meet the State of Tennessee’s standard of practice.

When Danny isn’t performing home inspections or working on his investment properties, you’re likely to find him duck hunting or spending time on his boat.
